This course is the equivalent to the Certificate IV In Beauty Therapy, which contains 13 core units plus 6 electives.

This course is a pathway into the Diploma of Beauty Therapy where students gain knowledge in skin biology and how it apply this to beauty treatments.

The Beauty Therapy Package is a public course which is the exact equivalent to the Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy.

The Beauty Therapy Package requires 15 units to be successfully completed:

• 13 Core Units
• 6 Elective Units

• Apply cosmetic tanning products (Spray Tanning)
• Provide lash and brow services (Brows + Tinting, BONUS HD Brows)
• Provide waxing services (Body Waxing)
• Design and apply make-up (Makeup)
• Provide manicure and pedicare services
• Provide facial treatments and skin care recommendations
• Provide body massages
• Provide body treatments
• Research and apply beauty industry information (Theory)
• Conduct salon financial transactions (Theory)
• Provide salon services to clients (Theory)
• Comply with organisational requirements within a personal services environment (Theory)
• Apply safe hygiene, health and work practices (Theory)

ELECTIVE UNITS

• Provide aromatherapy massages
• Provide specialised facial treatments
• Apply eyelash extensions
• Apply acrylic nail enhancements
• Apply gel nail enhancements
• Apply nail art

We are a full equipped beauty college and therefore we provide 96% of everything you need to study here on our campus. You do not need to bring anything with you, except lunch, snacks, some models and extreme passion!
